WHY EYDP
Students often feel lost and clueless after they complete their studies and do not understand the workings of the corporate sector, don’t have the confidence to face interviews and even after they have landed a job, they are often confused as to how to present themselves and deal with people at work.
Our Youth Development program is designed for your students so that we can train them to be able to crack interviews and enhance the success rates of the placement drives at your institute. Our aim is to work on the students’ overall personal growth, their soft skills, confidence levels, their interview skills so that they can face interviews, convert them into offers and learn how to navigate the Corporate world.
